Now, a little more about me:

I'm an oddball - thought it best to get that one out of the way first. : )

Occupation: a twenty-one year-old salad bar "manager" who wonders why she doesn't have the official title when she does everything a manager should do in the first place (don't ask.) I like to jump on fads a lot (according to a friend of mine), but my excuse is that I just love to let my imagination loose when it comes to something that inspires me. I've always had a love for superheros and their attempts to become 'normal' in a world that sees anything different as strange. I've also written a few things around anime, particularly Rurouni Kenshin, which is still one of the best anime I've ever seen. 'Cept for that third arc. That sucked.

I'm a huge movie history freak, too. I have yearly Oscar parties that resemble Super Bowl parties as far as hype goes. I even make a little sheet of the nominees, with certain writing on it - who I think will win, who should win, and who did win. I'll give you a moment to laugh while you process that. ; )

I'm also a huge sports freak, thanks to the current number one man in my life (I love you, Dad!). Other girls can watch fashion shows and shop for hours at the mall, but give me some Classic World Series or Classic Super Bowl films anyday. As long as SportsCenter is on the tube, I'm a happy camper.

What else to say here... I'm single. I love long walks on the beach... : D
